Three core strategies:
Primary Funds — commitments to new-vintage funds managed by top-quartile managers. Secondaries — acquiring interests in mature funds at discounts to accelerate distributions.
Direct & Co-Investments — investing directly into high-conviction opportunities, often alongside proven PE managers.

Fund Size: $50 million

  • First Close Minimum: $20 million
  • Minimum Investment:
    • AIP Investors: $1,500,000
    • Other Investors: $250,000
  • Structure: Closed-end Limited Partnership with built-in liquidity mechanism.
